We do everything differently. We approach clients differently and we also approach investors differently. And why did we choose this path? Because our goal is to grow.
We offer investors the opportunity to invest in our project starting at CZK 300,000 for a minimum period of 3 years. We do not promise to get rich miraculously, but a fixed income of 9.99% p.a. . Because we know that we can pay it off to investors without excuses. We don't want to establish various ZISIFs according to § 15, or issue bonds and pretend that, according to the law, we have notified the CNB that everything is fine. We offer investors a clear control and, in essence, a guarantee of their claims for appreciation and, God forbid, in the event of a problem, priority access to liquid funds.
Therefore, we have decided to offer investors preference shares that have a priority right to the payment of dividends, which are fixed and which have a preferred liquidation value. In addition, we guarantee that the investments collected in this way will be used only for the acquisition of property that is used for profit. So no operating costs, no SW or consulting. Just completely transparent.
Of course, we are not opposed to other options suggested by you, but always within the framework of the applicable laws of the Czech Republic. And you don't have to worry. We understand that some unforeseen event may happen to you too and you will need your investments back. We will always agree with you!
